With a keen eye for detail and a passion for photography, Fancy brings a unique and personalized touch to every photoshoot, ensuring that each image tells a compelling story.

Sessions are distinct photography collections offered by FancyPics, each tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients. These collections encompass various types of photography experiences, each subject to its own terms and conditions, making it easy for clients to select the perfect option for their occasion.

Specials are exclusive offers provided by FancyPics. These limited-time deals give clients the opportunity to take advantage of discounted photography services. Specials may include various options offered at promotional rates. It's important to note that discounts are not applicable to Mini Sessions.

Mini Sessions are a seasonal and promotional photography experience offered by FancyPics. These sessions are designed to provide clients with an flexible option to capture growth throughout the seasons. Typically scheduled for a single day or a short period.

The “Subscribe below to receive 25% off your first FancyPics Session” discount is a one-time use code to be redeemed at the time of booking. This discount cannot apply to FancyPics Mini Sessions and can not be combined with any other special.

Rights of the Photographer:

Intellectual Property Rights: The photographer retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images created during the session. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use.

Artistic Discretion: The photographer has full creative and artistic control over the images produced. Clients understand and agree to the photographer's professional judgment in selecting and editing images.

Image Selection: The photographer will select and provide a final set of images for the client based on their professional assessment of quality and appropriateness.

Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images (e.g., for advertising, marketing, or resale) requires explicit written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

Use of Images:

Personal Use: Clients are permitted to use the images for personal purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and creating personal albums or keepsakes.

Publication and Sharing: Clients may share images online, and must credit the photographer in publications. The photographer's watermark or logo, if present, should not be removed or altered without permission.

Modifications: Clients may not alter, edit, or manipulate the images without the photographer's consent. Any modifications must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Print Releases: Clients understand and agree that their likeness may be used by the photographer for self-promotion and marketing purposes unless a separate print release agreement is signed.

Third-Party Usage: Clients are responsible for obtaining permission from any third parties depicted in the images, especially if those individuals have not signed a release.

Image Storage: The photographer is not responsible for long-term storage of images. Clients are advised to maintain backup copies of their images, as the photographer may not retain them indefinitely.

Image Privacy: The photographer respects the privacy and confidentiality of clients and will not share sensitive or private images without explicit consent.

Data Protection: The photographer will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy and security of client data and images in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

*When you hire FancyPics to capture your special moments these photographs are considered art and intellectual property of Francesca - also known as Fancy, the photographer at FancyPics. You can still use the pictures for your own personal things, like printing them, sharing them on your social media, and keeping them in your family albums. But, you can't change or sell them without asking the photographer first. Fancy might also want to use these photographs in the FancyPics Portfolio, and has the right to do so. Remember, these photographs are a special creation by Francesca - also known as Fancy, and FancyPics is the only one who can use them in special ways.
